Now that you have reviewed the Conquest custom kit range, you are ready to submit your order and design brief. To get the process started, please download and complete the order form. We can also take your order over the phone, via email or you can post it to us. Contact details here.
Help with the Design Brief

Your artwork can take the form of a drawing, computer mock-up or even a picture of a design you like. If you require any assistance or ideas, please contact us.

Please email us your designs including exact pantone colours (if known) along with high quality logos. Please include your team name in the subject line and contact details in the email to help us respond quickly.
Submitting your order and design brief to Conquest

On receipt we will then email you an official order confirmation detailing your order quantity and product selections. We will also work with you and our team of designers to meet your exact custom kit design requirements.

When we receive your signed order confirmation and signed design confirmation we will require a 50% deposit of the total balance to get the design and manufacturing process underway. A design fee of $100.00 will also be required at this stage and will be added to the deposit invoice.

We will confirm receipt of your payment and your custom kit will now be created. You will receive design mock-ups via email within 7 business days. At this stage we will also advise you when you can expect to receive your order.

We will request payment of the final balance prior to shipping your order. At this stage, please let us know if there is any change to your delivery details or contact information.

How do I make a payment to Conquest Bike Wear?
How long will delivery take?
I would like a sample of the product(s) before I place an order

No problem. Many first time Conquest customers appreciate having the opportunity to review our products. As we are providing you with non-branded versions of our products we will require a deposit before we despatch. If you decide to proceed, and return the samples within 14 days, we will deduct the sample deposit from your final invoice. Should you decide not to proceed with an order, your 100% sample deposit will be reimbursed on receipt of all samples despatched.
